Where are you based?
We have offices in Auburn and Cabramatta (NSW), Melbourne and Ballarat (VIC), and Inala (QLD). Because we also work online, we can help you anywhere in Australia.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Most meetings take place by phone or video call. You are welcome to meet us in person if you prefer.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation, call or send an enquiry. We contact you within one business day, then email a proposal with our fees, scope and timing.
What do you charge?
We prefer fixed fees wherever possible. Otherwise we give you an accurate written estimate for approval before any work begins, and keep you updated as the matter progresses.
How is my money handled?
Upfront payments are held in our trust account in accordance with the rules of the Law Society of NSW.
Who will handle my matter?
One lawyer will be your main contact and will keep you updated throughout.
Can I speak with someone in my language?
Our team includes speakers of English, Urdu and Hindi. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we will do our best to help.
